Current information on WinTICKET Version 9 for fiscalization in Germany:

Since January 1, 2020, only POS systems that fully comply with the requirements of Section 146a AO may be placed on the market in Germany. In addition to the individual recording of all business transactions and receipt output (both possible with WinTICKET versions 7.20 and 8), this also includes the connection of a certified technical security device (TSE) in accordance with the German Cash Register Security Ordinance (KassenSichV). Since such a connection option is only available from WinTICKET version 9, we have only been offering this version for download in Germany since January 1, 2020.

The obligation to issue receipts, which came into force with fiscalization on 01.01.2020, is not affected by the non-objection rule and has therefore been in force since 01 January 2020. You can find instructions on how to activate automatic receipt printing in our YouTube tutorials:
